Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Process: To initiate a return, please visit https://account.narleeco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Time Frame: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Process: To initiate an exchange, please visit https://account.narleeco.com or email our customer service team at support@narleeco.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the new item once we receive the original.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
